  4. First visit. Please arrive a little early so we can get you checked in smoothly.

Policies (industry-standard starting point)

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule so we can stay on time for other families.

Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule when possible. Same-day appointments may require shorter notice.

No-shows: Missed appointments may result in a fee and can impact the ability to schedule future visits.
